Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of trivelagame.com and the Trivela FC product, operated by Trivela Learning Ltd (Companies House 15801241). By using Trivela FC you agree to these terms. The full Terms and Conditions — including Appendix A: Data Processing Agreement for schools — are available in-app after JavaScript loads.

Accounts

Parent accounts may host up to 5 children on the Free tier and up to 20 on paid tiers. School accounts are provisioned through Wonde and licensed per school. Account holders are responsible for account security.

Acceptable use

Trivela FC is intended for primary-school-aged children. No reselling, reverse-engineering, or misuse. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Schools: Data Processing Agreement (Appendix A)

For schools, the standard Terms are accompanied by a Data Processing Agreement (Appendix A) setting out our role as data processor for pupil data, data-retention periods, sub-processor use, and security measures. Contact hello@trivelagame.com for a copy during procurement.
