Sub-Processors

Trivela Learning Ltd uses the following sub-processors to deliver the Trivela FC platform and process data on behalf of schools and parents. We update this list when sub-processors change.

Infrastructure

• Supabase — Postgres database, authentication, storage, and edge functions.
• Cloudflare — Content delivery network and web application firewall.

Payments

• Stripe — Payment processing for parent subscriptions. PCI DSS compliant. Card data never touches Trivela's systems.

Integrations

• Wonde — UK schools MIS integration. Imports class rosters from the school's MIS.
• MyLogin — SSO for teachers in supported school districts.

Analytics & product

• PostHog — Product analytics (EU data residency).
• Google Gemini — AI-powered "Ask Helen" maths tutor.
